Getting closer to the half way point in Physical Therapy. Its going well. I definitely can see some areas where I am gaining strength, and it’s already noticeable. Of course there are still some areas that need work for sure. My exercises are gradually being increased. Which is good, because I can tell that means progress is being made.
But the best news is that I have been cleared to run up to 4 miles (guess what is on the agenda for tonight?) Fingers crossed that I finish pain free. Once I can finish any distance without any hip pain – I typically get cleared for longer distances. With The Pixie Dust Challenge coming up in a little less than 90 days, I need to make sure that my mileage can keep increasing.
PS. I still hate Single Legged Bridges, and am learning to hate Step Downs when I am doing them correctly.
