I am still struggling with getting in all my workouts in a single week.
On the positive side, I AM getting in all my runs. It may be a struggle, and I may have to resort to late treadmill runs, but the mileage is getting clocked. I am feeling good about the running part of it all.
But I am just always missing at least one day of cross training. This week it was last night’s work out, which was scheduled to be a shorter weight training sessions working upper body. For whatever reasons, Wednesdays just are the hardest day for me to get a workout in, for whatever reason. I am beginning to think I need to join a gym or find a trainer. I need to find that small piece of motivation for these cross training sessions.
