I can’t believe we are 5 weeks in. I gave myself an even bigger break on diet and cross training this week. It was a pretty tough week emotionally, and not beating myself over my “slips” was a welcome break, although I think I am starting to pay the price.

I am still struggling with getting in all my workouts in a single week. On the positive side, I AM getting in all my runs. It may be a struggle, and I may have to resort to late treadmill runs, but the mileage is getting clocked. I am feeling good about the running part of […]
